 Q4 will be an open-ended response for those coding 'Other' at Q3.  Select 'Question' as the category, enter the Question Name and Text.  Select Type as 'Character Field' and the filter as MOTOROTH.  Finally decide on a maximum field width for the length of answer you are likely to receive.   Click 'Save & New' when finished.
