The grid will be in two parts.  First you will ask about Nissan, then the car that the respondent rated as 'Best'.  Elements A, B and C will cover Nissan, D, E and F the car rated best.  Enter the Grid Element Text in the box in the bottom half of the screen.  Then click on the first element in the box at the left of the screen and enter the Question Text for Nissan.
