Now click on element D - Reliability - the start of the section asking abut the car rated 'best'.  Tick the box marked 'Grid Question' half way down the screen to indicate this is the start of the second part of the grid.  Type the Question Text in, this time using [Q5] instead of Nissan - this will pick up the wording from the make of car selected at Q5.  Enter the Special Text in exactly the same way as before, remembering to substitute [Q5] instead of Nissan.
