 For analysis purposes, you will want to score the ratings in this grid.  Click on 'Very good' in the left hand panel, then click on 'Auto Score' and enter a score of 2 for the first response, with increments of -1.  This will automatically give 'Very good' a score of '2',  'Good' a score of '1', 'Average' '0', 'Poor' '-1' and Very poor '-2'.  Click on 'Don't know/not stated' and remove the '-3' from the 'Score for this item' box as this should be excluded from any statistical calculations.  Click 'OK' when finished, then 'Save & Next'.
