That's the end of the questionnaire.  However it would be good to have a last screen thanking respondents for their help.  To do this you need a dummy question.  Type 'END' as the Question Name, 'dummy question' as Text.  Ensure you have the 'Options' panel to the left of the screen (if not click 'Options on the bottom line).  Check the 'Dummy entry' box.  You should also have the 'Filter and Special Text' panel showing.  Enter Special Text Settings as before, selecting 'Before asking' and type in 'Thank you very much for your help'.  Then Save & Exit.  You can then save your Questionnaire Definition - you will be asked if you want to columnate the questionnaire automatically or manually - click 'Automatic'.
