Click 'Save & New' for a new blank question screen.  The next question will only be asked of car owners.  Before creating the question you will need to create a filter as shown above.  The definition will be Q1/1 - Those answering 'yes' (the first response in the list) at Q1.  'Save & New' to enter the next question.
